Mind-blowing location, super comfy beds, jaw-droppingly lovely grounds. Our stay was top-notch, exploring with our dogs. The cleanliness was wow! Despite being on the small side, easy access and the hot tub was enjoyed by all.

the lady who took care of the caravan was very polite and apologetic for the initial mess. She cleaned the bin, the hot tub, and explained the mold issue with the curtains. the bathroom and beds were clean, and the location was ideal. the price per person was excellent, and the staff responded quickly to the issues we reported. Despite not being able to offer a solution, they were as helpful as possible. the hot tub was a wonderful way to relax after a long day of walking, and the shower had great power and temperature. the lodge was fully equipped, exceptionally clean, and had some nice extras like pillows and throws. the surroundings were beautiful for walks, and the fact that it was dog-friendly was a big plus for us. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others. Cons: N/A.

We had a fantastic time at Woodside Hot Tub Retreat! Our stay was for three nights and it was the perfect getaway. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The property itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a self-catering stay. The highlight, of course, was the private and relaxing hot tub. It was a great way to unwind after a day out. The location was excellent, and the price was reasonable. We will definitely be back!
Would recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of Woodside Hot Tub Retreat. It felt like a true home away from home, with comfortable furnishings and beautiful touches throughout. The common areas were easily accessible for senior people like myself, with wide hallways and easy-to-navigate spaces. It made my stay even more enjoyable and relaxing.
One thing I would have asked for to make it an even better vacation for senior people is more handrails or grab bars in the bathrooms and around the hot tub area. This would have provided added safety and support for those of us who may need a little extra assistance.

The location was perfect, with beautiful walks through the woods nearby. Having a fully equipped lodge made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hot tub was a great addition and provided a relaxing and fun experience.
There were some issues during our stay. The cleanliness of the lodge was not up to par, with mold on the curtains and thick dust in the living room.

The extras like pillows and throws were a nice touch. The hot tub was a great addition and was sanitized daily. The walks through the woods were lovely, and it was a bonus that the hotel is dog-friendly. The on-site pub and small shop added to the convenience, and there was a great atmosphere with a pool table for some fun. The host, Kayleigh, made check-in easy and was very nice. Unbelievable location! The park was impeccably maintained and peaceful. The hot tub was an absolute dream, with incredible jets and the perfect amount of lighting. It was a pleasant surprise to find cleaning products and extra toilet rolls provided. The check-in process was a breeze, and the host made us feel incredibly welcome. The accommodation itself was spotless, spacious, and had a cozy, homey vibe. Despite the mishap with the bed, it didn't affect our stay at all. The hot tub, tucked away at the bottom of the park, was a real treat. Plus, it was conveniently located on the golf buggy route to the golf course and Bari Bar. This place was the perfect base for exploring, with Bamburgh just a short drive away and Beamish within reach. We cannot wait to return!

The staff was quick to respond to our concerns about the oven, although they couldn't provide an immediate solution. The hot tub was a true highlight, providing much-needed relaxation after a day of exploring. The showers had great power and temperature, accommodating all seven of us without running out of hot water. a great value for money experience at this retreat.

The check-in process was easy and the accommodation was welcoming, clean and tidy with a nice homely feel. the hot tub was a great addition, perfect for relaxing after a long day. the location of the property was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and only a short distance from the beach.
There were a few maintenance issues that could be improved. Some cooker knobs were missing, the bathroom door occasionally got stuck, and there was a minor leak on the kitchen sink.
